Frequently Asked Questions

 We do not offer screen printing. All of our products are custom sublimation fabrics. The design is dyed directly into the fabric, resulting in apparel that never fades, cracks, or peels off. Sublimation is higher quality than screen printing, and is made to last. 

 We do! If you are interested in adding Team Gear to your team uniform orders, please contact us. 

 Minimum custom Team jersey and/or hat orders are 10/12 pieces each. Other minimums may apply to other products. 

Once a custom order has been made, there are no minimums on the number of pieces for any reorders. So, if you have a new player joining the team or business, contact us to order just one piece if needed. 

Because all of our custom apparel items are made to order, we do not offer refunds on any custom orders. When we receive your order and artwork, we will provide you with a mockup of the design, including specific colors, logos, designs, etc. Please pay close attention to the mock up to ensure everything is correct before approving. Once approved, we will create your orders exactly as the mock up shows.

Please pay very close attention when submitting orders with team rosters including: names, numbers, and sizes on jerseys and other apparel. We do not refund for mistakes submitted by our customers.

Of course, there are times when we may make a mistake with an order, and we are fully committed to correcting any mistakes that we may make. If you have received an order and believe that there is a mistake, please contact us and we can discuss. We want all of our customers to be happy and love the custom items we create for them, so we will use our best discretion to make things right.

 Standard order time is 3 weeks from payment in full and final approval of all artwork and mock ups, whichever comes last. 

Note that these lead times are subject to change based on seasonality and the number of other orders ahead of yours. If you have a specific date that you need an order to arrive, please contact us to discuss. While we will do our best to meet your deadline, we will also be honest and let you know if your desired date is out of our current lead time window. 

 You can! You are able to add any logos as needed, as long as you have permission from the sponsor to use their logo on your apparel. You will need to send us the logo in a high resolution png, jpeg, or pdf format.
